These are all great tips. Social websites and accounts are great because they automatically rank high in search results, and can really help you regain your online reputation. It's an approximate that 85% of all online business will eventually come under "attack" by negative comments and reviews and you have to be prepared for those as to not lose clients/readers/viewers etc.
